Di artikel-artikel sebelumnya, sering banget disebut yang namanya touchpoint, dan pernah disinggung juga kalau pada intinya campaign touchpoint adalah channel yang bisa dipergunakan sebuah brand untuk menyampaikan campaign message nya ke konsumen. Apa aja jenis dari campaign touchpoint? Apa fungsi dari masing-masingnya? Touchpoint mana yang harus kita pakai? Mari kita bahas.
Klasifikasi besar dari campaign touchpoint itu terbagi tiga: ATL (Above the Line), BTL (Below the Line), dan TTL (Through the Line). Dan pemilihan touchpoint yang tepat akan menentukan efektifitas dan efisiensi campaign kita.
Familiar banget kan sama ketiga istilah diatas? Tapi ada apa aja dibalik ketiga istilah itu? Ada touchpoint detail apa di masing-masing klasifikasinya?
Dalam menyampaikan komunikasi ke konsumen ada yang namanya repetisi, atau seberapa sering konsumen akan melihat materi komunikasi kita. Nah, biasanya ATL dipakai untuk repetisi awal ketika campaign baru launching, yang penting konsumen tau dulu kalau ada campaign kita. BTL akan dijalankan bersamaan biar peluang konsumen ngerti message kita jadi lebih tinggi (di repetisi menengah), dan TTL akan dilakukan kemudian untuk meyakinkan consumer understanding dan building brand equity dengan juga melibatkan experience mereka. Jadi, setiap klasifikasi touchpoint ada kelebihan dan kekurangannya, dan baiknya kita ga pilih salah satu atau salah dua, tapi meramu semuanya dengan kadar yang tepat untuk hasil maksimal.
Terus gimana cara ngeramu nya? Touchpoint ATL apa yang harus dipake? BTL nya apa? TTL nya apa biar hasil maksimal? Ada teori nya kah? Sebenernya ga ada teori nya, tapi gw ada konsep yang sampai sekarang masih gw percaya ini efektif. Tunggu di artikel berikutnya ya !
